Powerlifting/SBD Classes

Powerlifting classes are designed for those with prior experience in the gym room and particularly the compound lifts of Squat (S), Bench (B), and Deadlift (D).

Whether you are a competitive powerlifter or a casual lifter, these classes will benefit you as we aim to perfect your technique in these 3 main lifts and get stronger with them.

You will also learn how to use the RPE estimates more accurately, and understand how to stagger your training for better long-term progress.

I will be further helping you to identify areas of improvement, and where you need to apply your focus to develop you further as an athlete.

Online programming is non-inclusive but offered as a discounted add-on - please mention this after booking your class.

Starting Strength Course

The Starting Strength Course is a 6-8 weeks introductory strength course designed to help beginners learn the basics of how to lift weights safely and progressively.

You will learn the most optimal movement patterns for your leverages and build a solid foundation to kickstart your lifting journey. We focus mainly here on how to push, pull, squat, hinge and knowing how to brace properly.

There will also be elements of strength conditioning such as farmer's carry, sandbags and sled pushes.

The idea of this course is to get you learning how to move better while also getting stronger.

All past graduates of this course have felt way more confident in the gym room and able to apply this knowledge by themselves after - which is one of my main goals as a coach.

All courses are capped at 8 people maximum.
