Personal Training
Whether you are completely new to weight training, been lifting for a few years, or coming back to training after an injury - personal training can be an immensely beneficial tool for you.
Learn the ins-and-outs of building a strong core, how to move your body safely under load, and how to engage your muscles properly to build overall strength and stability in your body.
We all know the benefits of having more muscle - increased bone density, increased injury prevention, better metabolism, but also more energy and structure in our body to help us THRIVE in our daily lives.
If you are looking for something completely customized to you as an individual, this is it.
With the 10 session package (link below), you will be able to absorb the ins-and-outs of strength training effectively, and get the know-hows and confidence you need to carry on lifting safely and progressively even by yourself thereafter - which is a skill you carry on for life.

What to expect?
We’ll start with a complimentary consultation where we will go through the following:
The goals that you are looking to achieve;
Your personal struggles and pain points on this journey;
Previous injuries (if any);
Training history;
Nutrition; and
Current circumstances including the time you can realistically invest into your training.
Wherever you are in your training journey, I’m happy to help you progress further into the goals that you are trying to achieve - be it just staying fit and strong for health; or chasing the strongest version of yourself for performance.
Our first session will start with an assessment to see how well you move, including any mobility limitations you have, before I’ll design your unique training plan in 6 week blocks (I do recommend 6 as a bare minimum to see results).
If you have some prior lifting experience, I will reach out to get some training footage from you to help with my initial assessment as well as provide feedback.
Your Personal Training sessions can be thought of as a partnership with me, and we will work closely together towards your unique goals.
My approach to training is a ground up approach: i.e. I will only progress you when a certain level of body and muscle awareness has been achieved. Hence, there may be a time where I will have to regress you to fix your movements first, before we can progress to build strength.
