Hello there! My name is Stella and I’m a Strength and Powerlifting Coach.
I’m also a Hong Kong team Powerlifter, and I’ve been competing in strength sports for around 6 years internationally.
I transitioned my career from marketing into coaching because I wanted to empower others like me to find their full potential and build strength both physically and mentally. The benefits of strength training is limitless - and I want to impart my knowledge in this field to help others move better, get stronger, and be more confident to take on whatever life throws their way.
My coaching philosophy is to first build good movement patterns from the ground up before loading.
This ensures that progression is done in a safe, efficient way while maximizing the effort you put in.

Do you prefer training in a group class setting? Or if you need some guidance with your training but do not have the budget for Personal Training sessions - this is for you.
I offer 2 main course type: Starting Strength for beginners, and Powerlifting classes for those wanting to sharpen their lifting technique. Both are capped at 6 -8 people max.
